Martin Lee Williams was ordered to serve two concurrent prison sentences after being arrested in an armed robbery on April 2, 2020, where an individual reported being robbed at gunpoint in front of his apartment on Weso Street. Justin Smartt was also arrested on several charges with the same incident and he and Williams were reported to be in the same vehicle during the incident and then both fled from police and led them on a pursuit through residential neighborhoods before hitting a large rock near the area of Lay and South Street in Winnemucca.

Anthony Magana was recently ordered to serve three years of probation with an underlying prison sentence after pleading no contest to eluding a police officer in a manner posing danger to persons or property, a category B felony in Nevada. Trevor Otto Heitman, age 30, was sentenced to serve a 12-48 month prison sentence after pleading guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol with two prior convictions within seven years, a category B felony in Nevada. He was also ordered to serve 364 days in jail, to run concurrently with the prison sentence on a gross misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to carry a concealed weapon without a permit, which he also pleaded guilty to.
