Ten Pershing County High School wrestlers headed to Sparks for the Cougar Bash last Friday, Dec. 22. They competed against athletes from 13 other schools including Spanish Springs, Fernley and Reed.
On Friday, Dec. 22, the Pershing County High School girls basketball team knocked off West Wendover with a final score of 49-27. The Mustangs extended their winning streak to 11-0 overall, and 4-0 in the Northern 2A — not a bad way to head into winter break.
