As a memorial to her brother, Delfino, Herlinda Hernandez, a lifelong educator, has pledged to fund a fiveĀ-year program of scholarships (with the possibility of renewal) for graduating seniors of Albert M. Lowry High School. Delfino, who passed away last September 23rd, was a long time resident of Winnemucca and a 1964 graduate of Humboldt County High School; he also served in the Nevada National Guard.
