(NEWSLETTER) Thanks to a generous grant from Nevada Gold Mines and the support of Lander County leaders, the EMS team has acquired four new Glidescope Go 2 video laryngoscopes. These advanced devices, which will be installed in emergency vehicles after paramedics complete in-service training, replace older models that were unexpectedly discontinued. Video laryngoscopes significantly enhance care for critically injured and ill patients, with numerous studies demonstrating improved outcomes and increased success rates in emergency situations. The EMS team extends its gratitude to the community for its ongoing support in ensuring the best possible care for residents.
