September 17

In the case of Nicholas Robert Glover, charged with, 1: Unlawful Trespass Upon Land, 2: Breach of Peach. Defendant was given credit for time served, this case will be closed. 


September 18

In the case of Juventino Paniagia Jr., charged with Violation of Temporary or Extended Restraining Order. Defendant entered a Guilty plea on September 10, 2024, the court ruled as follows: 

Fined $1,140, to be paid in $50 monthly payments starting on or before December 1, 2024. Defendant was also given the option of community service or a combination of both. If  he chooses to do community service, it is to be brought in monthly.


In the case of Hunter Victor Albisu, charged with Harassment. Pursuant to negotiations, the county amended the charge to Disturbing the Peace. 

The defendant entered a Guilty plea to amended charge. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same, the court ruled as follows: Fined $415, to be paid in full on or before December 1, 2024.


October 1

In the case of Samantha Jo Bradshaw, charged with. 1: Operating a Motor Vehicle while Driver’s License is Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked, 2: No Proof of Insurance, 3: Possession of Paraphernalia. Defendant entered a Guilty plea to Count 1. 

The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same, the court ruled as follows: Fined $355 and was given credit for one day time served, leaving a balance of $205, to be paid in $50 monthly payments due on or before December 1, 2024. DDA Elizabeth Evans made motion to dismiss counts 2 & 3. No objection, the court granted the motion, counts 2 & 3 have been dismissed. 


October 1

In the case of Matthew Schulenberg, charged with DUI – 1st Offense. Defendant entered a Guilty plea on July 29, 2024. The alcohol evaluation was provided by the defendant prior to hearing. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: 

Sentenced to 30 days in jail with 29 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serve two days, and given credit for two days already served, fined $585, the cash bail will be applied to the fines and fees. 

The remaining cash bail will be returned to the person who posted it. Defendant was ordered to complete online DUI School and the victim impact panel. Proof of completion for both was provided. 

Breath interlock devise was ordered for 185 days. The interlock devise was installed on July 13, 2024. the defendant was given credit for 110 days with the interlock device prior to the entry of today’s order, 75 days remaining with interlock device. Bail exonerated. 


In the case of Keona Kristine Brewer, charged with Reckless Driving. Defendant entered a Guilty plea to the charge of Reckless Driving. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same, the court ruled as follows: Fined $870, with $500 suspended for a period of one year on the condition of no new like violations of the law. The remaining $370 will be paid within 30 days. 



In the case of Javier Ponce, charged with, 1: Hit and Run Property Damage, 2: Child Restraint Violation. Defendant entered a Guilty plea to both counts. 

The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same. DDA Elizabeth Evans recommended standard fines and fees. The court ruled as follows: Fined $1.445 to be paid in $50 monthly payments starting on or before December 1, 2024.


October 2

In the case of Wileen Jessie Crutcher, charged with, 1: Tampering with or Driving w/out Alcohol Advice, 2: Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, 3: Speed. County was represented by DDA Elizabeth Evans. Defendant entered a Guilty plea to counts 1 & 2. 

The court canvassed her plea and accepted the same, the court ruled as follows: Count 1 - fined $1,140, the court suspended $640 for a period of one year on condition of no further violations. Defendant was given credit of $150 for one day jail time served, leaving a balance of $350, to be paid by February 1, 2025. Defendant was ordered to 60 days house arrest, beginning October 18, 2024. Count 2 – fined $195, the court suspended the fees and fines. County made motion to dismiss Count 3.


October 3

In the case of James E. Cochran Jr., charged with, 1: Domestic Battery – 1st, 2: Criminal Contempt of Court. Pursuant to plea negotiation, DDA Elizabeth Evans amended the criminal complaint to reflect Count 1 – Battery. 

The DDA will dismiss Count 2 after sentencing. Defendant entered a Guilty plea to amended charge, the court canvassed her plea and accepted the same, the parties recommend credit for time served, the court ruled as follows: 

Fined $1,140 and was given credit for time served. DDA Evans made a motion to dismiss Count 2. No objection from defense, Count 2 was dismissed. Defendant was released from all pre-trial obligations. 


October 3

In the case of Tresa Joanne Baxter, charged with Domestic Battery – 1st. DDA Elizabeth Evans made motion to dismiss the case pursuant to the terms of a deferred prosecution agreement. No objection from defense. The case was dismissed.
