Lowry High School senior Vanessa Lott was named to the Northern 3A East second team for her play this fall for the Buckaroos.
The all-league selections are chosen by the coaches.
Fernley’s Arianna Mathern was named the Most Valuable Player of the Northern 3A East and Dayton’s Alyse Fletcher and Spring Creek’s Arrayana Edwards were the co-Coaches of the Year.
Elko’s Brakkin Larsen and Roxy Keim; Spring Creek’s Brynlee Petersen and Paige Luzier; Churchill County’s Vernita Filmore and Raegen Johnson and Fernley’s Marli O’Neill were selected to the first team.
Johnson, Mathern, Petersen and Keim were Northern 3A first-team choices as well.
Joining Lott on the second team were Addison Seipp (Elko), Kennidi Smith (Dayton), McKinlee Smith (Dayton), Justice Artiaga (Fernley), Avery Merrill (Spring Creek) and Lea Williams (Churchill County).
Larsen, Filmore, Luizer and O’Neill were second-team Northern 3A selections.
Four Lowry seniors were named to the Northern 3A honorable mention team, including Olivia Espinola, Karyn Morton, Elma Jimenez and Allison Green.
