In the case of Torry Bradley Twedt, charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant entered a Guilty plea at the counter. He was fined $640. Per Judge Loveless, defendant given credit for four days time served.
April 23
In the case of Carly Kathleen Hanyon, charged with, 1: Duty to Give Information and Render Aid, 2: Hit and Run Property Damage. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $1,780, to be paid in monthly payments of $50 to begin once restitution in case 23CR00044 is satisfied (aprox. March 2025).
In the case of William R. Heaslett, charged with Possession of Stolen Property. Defendant stated that he is recently employed and has made a $20 payment today. The court reset his $50 monthly payment plan to begin June 1, 2024 No future hearing date is set.

In the case of Juan Miguel Mojica, charged with Violation of Temporary or Extended Restraining Order Issued Pursuant to the Provisions of NRS 33.017 ET/SEQ. Defendant entered a No Contest plea which the court canvassed and accepted the same. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $1,140, converted to jail time and given credit for time served.
In the case of Cameron Carrica, charged with Failure to immediately Report Traffic Accident. DDA Steve Girardot discussed this matter with defendant off the record. Pursuant to negotiation, the DA reduced the fine amount to $400 with the charge to remain as is. Defendant agreed to monthly payment plan of $50, with the first payment to be made following court.
April 25
In the case of Randy William Creighton, charged with DUI w/ One Prior Conviction w/in the Last Seven Years. DDA Steve Girardot made motion to vacate the order to show cause hearing. Without objection from defense, the court accepted.
The defendant entered a No Contest plea which the court accepted the same. The defendant, along with his attorney, read and signed the DUI Admonishment of rights form, which was also accepted by the court.
After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Sentenced to 60 days with 50 days stayed for a period of one year. Stayed jail time on the condition he serves 10 days. Credit for time served of 2 days and sentenced to 16 days house arrest, to be completed by August 1, 2024.
Online DUI School and victim impact panel to be completed by August 1, 2024. Interlock device not ordered due to where the defendant resides. The court also received the alcohol evaluation. Defendant not ordered to follow any specific recommendations for the evaluation, unless he feels the need to do so.
In the case of Hailey M. Daley, charged with Resisting a Public Officer. Pursuant to the plea agreement filed in Case 23CR00486, this case is hereby dismissed.

In the case of Rafael Chavez, charged with Resisting a Public Officer. It was stated by DDA Steve Girardot that there has been no further criminal conduct during the deferred time. Pursuant to the deferred agreement, this case is hereby dismissed.

In the case of Ryan Anthony Fisher, charged with Resist Public Officer. County called two witnesses, the defense had no witnesses. Defendant did not testify on his own behalf. The county presented two videos which were published, marked, and admitted without objection. It appearing to the court by evidence and testimony presented that the defendant was Guilty of Resisting a Public Officer. After hearing testimony and recommendations from the county, the court ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 with $450 converted to jail time and given credit for time served. The remaining $690 is to be paid in monthly payments of $100 beginning July 1, 2024.
In the case of Demetrio Guerrero Herrera, charged with, 1: Driving While License Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked, 2: Headlamps Not Illuminated When Required. Pursuant to negotiation, the defendant changed his plea to Guilty, which the court canvassed and accepted the same.
After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $470 with $1250 converted to jail time and given credit for time served. The remaining $320 is to be paid in monthly payments of $100 beginning July 1, 2024. This case is to be rolled in to Case 23CR00427. Bond exonerated.
In the case of Joy Lynn Clark, charged with, 1: Operating a Motor Vehicle While License is Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked, 2: Operating an Unregistered Vehicle. Pursuant to negotiation, defendant entered a No Contest plea to both counts, which the court canvassed and accepted the same. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $550, to be paid in monthly payments of $100 beginning July 1, 2024.

In the case of Harold Crawford, charged with Resisting a Public Officer. It was stated that the defendant has been compliant with no contact order; therefore the order is hereby lifted. No further hearings are necessary in this matter.
In the case of Hector Carrillo Jr., charged with, 1: Resisting a Public Officer, 2: Driving While License is Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked. In the case of James E Cochran Jr., was charged with Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle. Defendant was advised of his right to counsel. Defendant waived his right and entered a Guilty plea. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same. The court ruled as follows: Fined $195 which was converted to jail time and given credit for time served.

In the case of Abran Munoz, charged with Battery. Pursuant to negotiation, the defendant entered a No Contest plea which the court canvassed and accepted the same. As there was no mention of a victim in this matter, DDA Steve Girardot instructed the court that we proceed with sentencing. The court did not oppose and ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 to be paid in full following court.

In the case of Valerie Lynn Barr, charged with Driving w/out Valid License. Matter was discussed off the record. Due to compliance and proof of valid driver’s license provided, this case had been dismissed.
In the case of Bobby Lee Garza, charged with 2 counts of Assault. The court ruled as follows: Fined $2,280 with $1,140 suspended for a period of one year on the condition of no further violations of the law other than minor traffic. $450 was converted to jail time and given credit for time served. The remaining $690 is to be paid in monthly payments of $520 beginning August 1, 2024. Defendant is hereby released from pretrial services and all conditions of release/order after 48 hour hearing are lifted.

In the case of Anthony David Edward Bradley, charged with Reckless Driving – Amended. Defendant has completed and submitted the ordered evaluation, which was reviewed by all parties. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 with $150 converted to jail time and given credit for time served. The remaining $990 is to be paid by cash bail forfeiture. Mailing address of bond depositor was verified with defendant.
