Battle Mountain General Hospital requesting bids for marquee


Battle Mountain General Hospital is inviting sealed bid proposals from qualified suppliers for the design, supply, and installation of one large marquee with programmable digital capabilities, along with two smaller directional marquees. This initiative is aimed at enhancing our facility's visibility and wayfinding for patients, visitors, and staff. Below are the details and requirements for the bid proposal:

 

Scope of Work:

 Large Programmable Digital Marquee:

 -Design and installation of one (1) large marquee sign, approximately 23 feet in height and 10’ wide, with advanced programmable digital display capabilities for optimal visibility with 4’x7’ LED message center, 3 cabinets 16.5” x 84”, and a 55”x62” Hospital heart Logo, and Hospital Name “Battle Mountain” horizontal 9.5’x62’, “General Hospital” vertical 20”x145”, dimensions are approximate.

-The marquee should be designed for permanent ground placement, including all necessary structural supports and foundation work.

-Must be capable of displaying high-resolution images, text, and videos with easy programming features.

-The sign should be durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use.

 

Directional Marquees:

 -Supply and installation of two (2) smaller directional marquees.

-The signs should complement the design of the digital marquee and provide clear directional guidance to various hospital departments and facilities.

-Must be made of high-quality, durable materials suited for all weather conditions.

 

Submission Requirements:

 -Comprehensive proposal detailing design concepts, materials, technology specifications, installation timeline, maintenance, and cost estimates.

-Evidence of previous experience with similar projects, including photos and client references.

-Detailed project timeline from commencement to completion.

-Proof of business licensing, insurance, and adherence to local zoning and construction regulations.

-A clear statement of warranty and post-installation support services.

 

Selection Criteria:


Proposals will be evaluated based on design creativity, functionality, cost-effectiveness, supplier experience, and project timeline. Preference will be given to suppliers who demonstrate innovation, environmental sustainability, and community involvement.

 

Submission Deadline:

 All bid proposals must be received by April 5, 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered. Proposals should be sealed and marked with "Bid Proposal for Marquee Signs - Battle Mountain General Hospital" and addressed to:

Review and Approval:
