THE COURT MAY DECIDE AGAINST YOU WITHOUT YOUR BEING HEARD UNLESS YOU REPOND IN WRITING WITHIN TWENTY (20) DAYS. READ THE INFORMATION BELOW VERY CAREFULLY.  A civil complaint or petition has been filed by the Plaintiff against you for the relief as set forth in that document (see Complaint or Petition attached hereto. The object of this action is to quiet title to the four HUD houses on the twenty acre parcel of the Winnemucca Indian Colony in the name of the Colony under the management and control of the Colony and seeks a declaration from the Court that no other parties have an interest in the houses unless they have a current rental agreement with the Colony government.  1. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, you must do the following within twenty days (20 days) after service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service if you have been personally served with the Petition or Complaint or twenty (20) days after the last publication date in the Humboldt Sun if you have not been personally served with the Petition or Complaint.  a. E=File with the Clerk of the Court, whose address is shown below, a formal written answer to the complaint or petition; along with the appropriate filing fees, in accordance with the rules of Court, and;  b. Serve a copy of your answer upon the attorney or plaintiff whose name and address is shown below.  2.
