Legal No 4338 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93191 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of December 2023 Nevada Gold Mines LLC of Elko, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.46 c.f.s., 332.98 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 68408. Water will be diverted from an underground source (PPW-5) at a point located within Lot 10 the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 21, T31N, R43E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 21 bears N 71 degrees 44 minutes W, a distance of 3,773 feet (approx. 12 miles SW of Battle Mountain, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 10, T30N, R43E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 10 bears S 31 degrees 50 minutes 54 seconds W, a distance of 1,827.02 feet.
