Legal No 29372 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93153 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 30th day of November 2023 Clint and Rebecca Amato of Orovada, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 1.5 c.f.s., 480.52 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 87799. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 21, T44N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 21 bears S 50 degrees 13 minutes 12 seconds E, a distance of 1,799.96 feet (approx. 8 miles N-NW of SR293 & US95 in Humboldt County, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 21, T44N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 21 bears N 46 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds E, a distance of 1,972.17 feet.
