For the second straight year, the Winnemucca Event Center was packed with fans as the PRCA Winnemucca Xtreme Broncs returned on New Year’s Eve with 30 of the best saddle bronc riders in the world. Winnemucca cowboy Trenten Montero was remembered and honored during the rodeo. Montero passed away in August after an accident at an Idaho rodeo.
