After completing a make-up game on Thursday night in Carlin, the McDermitt High School boys basketball team returned home this past weekend for the final time.
On Thursday night, the Bulldogs used a big rally in the fourth quarter to beat the Railroaders 40-37 and snap a five-game losing streak.
McDermitt celebrated senior night on Friday, as they honored Josh Northrup, Eli Northrup and Jeremiah Horn.
However, Owyhee spoiled the night with a 68-48 win.
McDermitt took on Carlin for the second time in three days on Saturday afternoon and lost 48-40 to the Railroaders.
The Bulldogs dropped to 2-7 in the 1A East and 3-17 overall.

McDermitt 40, Carlin 37
McDermitt got off to a slow start in the make-up game with Carlin, as the Railroaders built a double-digit lead in the first quarter.
The Bulldogs rallied to close the gap to 25-20 at halftime, but trailed by seven points going into the final eight minutes of play.
It all flipped from there, as the Bulldogs’ defense stepped up and held the Railroaders to two points in the fourth quarter. McDermitt capped off the comeback with a 12-2 run to end the game.
Warrick Crutcher posted a double-double with 15 points and 10 steals to go with three rebounds and three assists. Shandon Camas added 10 points, 21 rebounds, three blocks and two assists.
Josh Northrup contributed seven points and six steals and Eli Northrup scored seven points to go with four assists. AJ Farmer had one point.
Owyhee 68, McDermitt 48
McDermitt jumped out to a surprising start against Owyhee on Friday night, as Crutcher knocked down three 3-pointers and scored 11 points in the first quarter, as the Bulldogs led 15-13.
The Bulldogs led 13-6 after Crutcher’s third long distant shot, but the Braves came back with a 13-2 run to go up 19-15 in the second quarter.
Crutcher stopped the run with his fourth 3-pointer, only to see Owyhee lead 33-22 at halftime. Crutcher finished with 14 points, all coming in the first half.
Owyhee opened the second half on a 15-5 run to lead by 21 points and maintained the double-digit lead throughout.
Camas scored 14 of his 16 points in the second half and added 21 rebounds, three blocks and two assists. Eli Northrup added 10 points, seven rebounds and three steals, Josh Northrup netted four points and Farmer two.
Carlin 48, McDermitt 40
Carlin held a one-point lead with :03 left in the first quarter, when Camas completed a 3-point play to give McDermitt a 11-9 lead. The Bulldogs extended the gap to 28-17 at halftime, but scored just 12 points in the second half.
The Railroaders took the lead for good with an 18-6 run in the third quarter.
McDermitt closes out the regular season with road games at Owyhee on Thursday, Eureka Friday and Lund Saturday.
