Legal No LL4513 NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AUTHORIZE MEDIUMTERM FINANCING Notice is hereby given that the Pershing County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers, Pershing County Courthouse, 400 Main Street, Lovelock, Nevada, to act upon a Resolution authorizing a Medium-Term Obligation in the amount of $375,680.00 to enable Pershing County to purchase one (1) John Deere 624P Wheel Loader for the Pershing County Landfill. The proposed obligation is to be repaid from the Landfill Fund. The Commissioners will also act upon a Resolution authorizing a Medium-Term Obligation in the amount of $381,780.00 to enable Pershing County to purchase one (1) John Deere 670G Motor Grader for the Pershing County Road Department. The proposed obligation is to be repaid from the Public Safety Option Tax. All persons are invited to attend and to be heard regarding the proposed action.
