Legal No LL4416 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93912 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of October 2024 Placer Paradise, LLC of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.000 c.f.s., 168.7895 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 17562, Certificate 5395. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point (on land described as Pershing County Assessor's Parcel No. 008-060-20) located within the NW1/ 4 SW1/4 of Section 16, T33N, R36E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 16 bears N 16 degrees 01 minute 39 seconds W, a distance of 3,075.0 feet (7.5 miles NE of the intersection of I-80 and SR-400 in Imlay, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R36E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 15 bears N 11 degrees 53 minutes W, a distance of 352.0 feet.
