Water will be diverted from Clear Creek at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/ 4 Section 14, T33N, R38E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 15, T33N, R38E, MDB&M bears N 67 degrees 25 minutes 2.4 seconds W, a distance of 10,530 feet (approx. 17 miles S-SE of Winnemucca, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from September 1st to March 1st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SE1/ 4 Section 14, T33N, R38E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 14 bears S 55 degrees 00 minutes W, a distance of 2,350 feet.
