In the case of Omar Flores, charged with DUI – First Offense. Copy of defendant’s alcohol evaluation was provided and reviewed prior to hearing.
The court ruled as follows: Sentenced to 30 day jail w/ 28 days stayed for a period of one year. Stayed jail time on the condition he serve two days. Defendant was given credit for time served. Fined $585.
The defendant was ordered to complete DUI School and the victim impact panel online breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days. Defendant is to continue his counseling sessions and follow all recommendations of his evaluation.

In the case of Carlise Ruiz, charged with Dog at Large – Amended June 11, 2024. After hearing from all parties, and as this was previously amended, the court ruled as follows: fined $60 to be paid in full by September 3, 2024.
