Legal No 29557 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93717 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 10th day of July 2024 Marigold Mining Company of Valmy, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.11 c.f.s., 60.0 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 80849. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4, Section 31, T32N, R42E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 31 bears S 56 degrees 54 minutes 45 seconds W, a distance 3,388 feet (approx. 18 3/4 miles W-SW of Battle Mountain, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SE1/ 4 of Section 33, T32N, R42E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 33 bears S 03 degrees 18 minutes 49 seconds E, a distance of 1,789 feet.
