Legal No 29473 CITY OF WINNEMUCCA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTENTION TO CONSIDER PARTIAL STREET ABANDONMENT The Winnemucca City Council will consider a request to abandon a portion of a City street described as a twenty feet (20') in width portion of the Museum Lane right of way extending a length of 619.35 feet, more or less, abutting the entire northerly boundary 175 Museum Lane, in the City of Winnemucca, Nevada, being an approximate three acre parcel of land in the southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) of Section 19, T.36N., R.38E., M.D.B.&M., lying southerly of the proposed Jungo Road realignment, northerly and westerly of existing Jungo Road and easterly of the northsouth one-quarter section line, identified as Humboldt County APN 15-0121-16, and more particularly described in the instrument recorded March 4, 2021 as File No. 2021-0251 of the Official Records of Humboldt County, Nevada. If the partial street abandonment is ordered, the abandoned property will revert without payment to the abutting property owner, that is, the North Central Nevada Historical Society, since the street portion was acquired by dedication from the property owner predecessors in interest.
