Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within Tract 38, T47N, R30E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of Tract 40, T47N, R30E, MDB&M bears S 81 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds E, a distance of 775 feet (approx. near Denio, NV).
