Sunny skies greeted parade goers, as Winnemucca held its annual Veterans Day parade to honor those in the military this past Saturday at 11:11 a.m.. A number of entries made their way down Bridge Street to the support of the crowd. The Grand Marshal for the 2023 Veterans Day Parade was Charles J. “Chuck” Evans of Winnemucca, Ninety years young, Chuck has been a resident of Winnemucca for 50 years.
