Novi signs with Blue Mountain CC

Lowry High School senior Alia Novi signed a letter of intent to play women’s soccer for Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, Ore.

Novi scored a team-high 29 goals this season and added 10 assists, as the Lady Bucks advanced to the Northern 3A Regional Championships.

Lowry finished third in the Northern 3A East at 14-4 and was 16-7 overall. 

Novi was named to the Northern 3A East first team, the Northern 3A first team and the 3A all-state squad.

The Timberwolves are part of the Northwest Athletic Conference and finished 8-8-1 this season. 

There are two other girls on the roster from Nevada — both from Spring Creek.
