Sheryl Yvonne Johnson passed away on February 25, 2023. She was born on October 15, 1955, in California to Janet Smith and Frank Johnson.
She lived her entire life in California. She graduated high school and went to trade school for cosmetology.
She was a hairdresser for many years. She moved to Winnemucca 5 ½ years ago.
She was an amazing mother and dedicated friend to many. She attended Winnemucca Christian Fellowship.
She loved her family, friends, and community. She enjoyed her church activities, bible study and gardening.
She is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Carmen and Tara Richardson, her grandchildren, Andrea Carmen, Dylan Carmen and Nick Carmen, and her brother, Merrin Frazier.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and both sets of grandparents as well as her siblings, Scott Frazier, Cynthia Stockfitch, and Corin Cathlene Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnemucca Christian Fellowship. Services will be held in better weather.
