Lowry High School senior Lance Brinegar was named to the Northern 3A first and Northern 3A second team for his play during the season.
The all-league selections are chosen by the league coaches.
The Northern 3A first team included Fernley’s Jett Caudle (Most Valuable Player), Jake Cumming and Johnnie Williams, Elko’s Preston Chamberlin, Spring Creek’s Darren Bylund and Churchill County’s Brady Alves.
Fernley’s Cade Knuston was named the Northern 3A and Northern 3A East Coach of the Year,
The Northern 3A East second team included, Shawn Alexander (Churchill County), Braden Sorenson (Churchill County), Jacob Moore (Dayton), Anthony Winters (Fernley), Bryce Dunagan (Fernley) and Maddox Moye (Spring Creek).
Lowry’s Jordan Bills and Anthony Guzman were named the honorable mention team.
The Northern 3A first team included, Caudle (Most Valuable Player), Bylund, Williams, Chamberlin, Alves, Jose Vasquez (Wooster) and Elijah Blythe (North Valleys).
Joining Brinegar on the second team was Cumming, Joel Gomez (South Tahoe), Orande Todd (Sparks), Cassius Mahan (Truckee) and Jared Marquicias (Wooster).
The Northern 3A honorable mention team was rounded out by Connor Humphreys (Hug), Luke Cruz (Truckee), Andre Smith (South Tahoe), Omar Dominguez (Sparks), Jeremiah Collins (North Valleys), Braden Sorenson (Churchill County), Anthony Winters (Fernley) and Jacob Moore (Dayton).
The all state first team was comprise of Caudle, Bylund, Williams, Chamberlin, Christin Haylock (Somerset Losse), Roderick Johnson (Somerset Losse), Malachi Richardson (Somerset Losse) and Noah Tomlin (SLAM Nevada).
The second team included, Vazquez, Blythe, Alves, Malachi Davis (Virgin Valley), Roman Rose (Boulder City), and Bret Pendleton (Boulder City).
