Legal No 29202  NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE  FILE NO 23-01-013-FCL  DATED: June 8, 2023  On July 18, 2023 at 01:00 PM, Nevada Trust Deed Services, as duly appointed or substituted Trustee under and pursuant to the Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents (the "Deed of Trust") dated June 28, 2021 recorded as Instrument No. 2021-05543, and as modified or amended, if applicable, in the Office of the County Recorder of HUMBOLDT County, Nevada executed by Rafeal A Jackson and Chelsea Holmes, husband and wife as joint tenants in favor of Foxhead, LLC as current beneficiary by reason of now continuing default in the payment or performance of obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including the Notice of Breach and Election to Sell Under Deed of Trust which was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of HUMBOLDT County, Nevada, by the beneficiary and the undersigned more than three months prior to the date thereof, WILL CAUSE TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR CASH (payable at the time of sale in lawful money of the United States of America) at the front entrance to Humboldt County Courthouse, 50 W. 5th Street, Winnemucca, NV 89445, all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as:  PARCELS "A-1" AND "D-1" OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL MAP PREPARED FOR THE ABE FOX FAMILY TRUST, PORTION OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 15, T.36N., R.39E., M.D.B. & M., ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF HUMBOLDT COUNTY, STATE OF NEVADA, ON JUNE 9, 1995 AS DOCUMENT NO. 356511.  Together with any and all improvements, personal property and fixtures located thereon or otherwise described in the Deed of Trust and in any other instruments in favor of the Beneficiary, and all singular tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining, rents, issues and profits thereof.
