The Winnemucca Junior High School girls basketball team will be holding open gyms for the upcoming season.
The seventh-grade squad will hold open gyms on July 31, Aug. 2, 7 and 9 from 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m. at the junior high school.
The eighth-grade team will have open gyms on Aug. 1, 3, 8 and 10 from 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.
Tryouts for the seventh graders will be Aug. 14-15 from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and the eighth graders tryout on Aug. 16-17 from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
All girls must have physical and other paperwork completed and on file prior to tryouts.
The paperwork is available in the WJHS office or during open gyms.
