In the case of Syndey Vest Bills, charged with 1. DUI first, 2. Following too close 3. Failure to maintain lane 4. Driving a vehicle without a license: defendant pleaded no contest to count 1, and guilty to counts 2, 3, 4. Defendant sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for 1 year on condition she serve 2 days. Credit time served of 1 day and the remaining day suspended for a period of 6 months on the condition of no new like violations. Fined $585 with $150 converted to jail time and credit time served; DUI School and Victim Impact Panel to be completed by March 1; breath interlock device ordered for 185 days. For counts 2, 3, 4: fined $860 with $360 suspended for 6 months and the remaining $500 to be paid in full immediately following court. Bond exonerated.

In the case of Aleksandr Vladimirovich Lozovskyy, charged with basic speed 21-30 over limit: Chief Deputy DA Mike Macdonald discussed off the record with the defendant and pursuant to negotiation the DA amended the citation to NRS 484B.600 with the fine amount to reflect the amendment. Defendant has 60 days to pay in full.

In the case of Rachel Kaylee Chavez, charged with 1. Dog at large, 2. Permit dog to chase/worry/injure or kill an animal: Chief Deputy DA Mike Macdonald stated that the victim was made whole civilly and restitution need not be ordered. For count 1 fined $60, for count 2 fined $355. Monthly payments beginning March 1.
