Dec. 13
Daniel Dominguez read and signed the DUI Admonishment of Rights which was accepted by the court. Pursuant to negotiation, the DA Mike Macdonald dismissed speeding and the defendant pleaded guilty to DUI 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for one year; stayed jail time on condition of 2 days served, credit for time of 1 day and sentenced to 48 hours house arrest for remaining time. Fined $585 to be paid by cash bail forfeiture. DUI School and Victim Impact Panel to be completed online by March 1, 2023.
The charges of cell phone/text messages while driving and fail to maintain marked lines against Rajanbir Singh were dismissed by the DA, no reporting party present.
Andres Lopez was fined $2,030 in fines and fees after being found guilty of reckless driving and failure to repot accident, or false report. Fines and fees to be paid in monthly payments of $100 beginning Jan. 1, 2023. Payments to be rolled into an existing payment plan.
In the case of Barbara Jean Shires, charged with reckless driving: DA Mike Macdonald discussed the matter with the defendant off the record. Pursuant to negotiation the DA amended the charge with the fine amount to reflect the amendment. Defendant has 30 days to pay in full.

In the case of John Michael Story, charged with disorderly conduct: Defendant entered no contest plea and was fined $710 converted to jail time and credit for time served. Remaining $560 to be paid immediately following court, bond exonerated.

In the case of Duane Lee Oakes, charged with theft: Deputy DA Kevin Pasquale motioned for one-time dismissal without prejudice, motion accepted.
In the case of Kristopher William Abraham, charged with possession of a controlled substance: defendant entered no contest plea and was sentenced to 80 days in detention center.
For the charge of battery, Deputy DA Wendy Maddox motioned to dismiss.
In the case of Michael Richard Prather, charged with 1. Possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2. Driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked: Deputy DA Wendy Maddox motioned to dismiss count 1 and defendant pleaded guilty to count 2. For count 2 fined $355 converted to jail time and credit for time served.
In the case of Amanda Hubred, charged with 1. Domestic battery 1st: defendant pleaded guilty to an amended charge and was fined $355 with $150 converted to jail time and credit for time served. Remaining $155 to be paid in $50 installments beginning Feb. 1, 2023. Bond exonerated.
In the case of Anthony Michael Mccullogh, charged with domestic battery 1st: defendant pleaded guilty to an amended charge and was fined $1,140 converted to jail time with credit for time served.

In the case of Alex Gomez Navarro, charged with 1. Reckless driving and 2. Minor in consumption: defendant pleaded guilty to both counts and was fined $1,245 with $150 converted to jail with credit for time served. Remaining $1,095 to be paid in full by Feb. 1.

In the case of Jacob James Castillejos, charged with 1. obedience to traffic control device, 2. driving revoked for DUI: DA moved to dismiss count 1, defendant pleaded guilty to count 2. Sentenced to 30 days jail to run intermittently with defendant’s work schedule and to be completed by Dec. 31, 2023.

Possession of a controlled substance: Defendant pleaded no contest to an amended charge and was fined $1,140 with $150 converted to jail time with credit for time served. Remaining $990 to be paid in full immediately following court.

In the case of Larry Christopher Allen, charged with abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child: motion to dismiss as defendant has complied with terms of deferred prosecution agreement per DDA Kevin Pasquale.
For the additional charge of domestic battery 1st, same terms.
In the case of Veerpal Singh, charged with basic speed 11-20 over limit: DDA Kevin Pasquale amended charge to parking violation and the defendant pleaded guilty and was fined $250+$95. Defendant will pay in full.
In the case of Mirzied Inogamov, charged with basic speed 1-10 over: defendant pleaded no contest to amended citation parking violation and was fined $195. Court suspended all fines and fees on condition of no new like violations for 6 months.
