In the case of Codie Joann Vansomeren, charged with possession of a controlled substance not to be introduced in interstate commerce: DA Kevin Pasquale amended the complaint and a plea agreement in absentia was filed. Defendant to serve 60 days jail with credit for time served 15 days.
In the case of Alyssa Dawn Tinsley, charged with domestic battery first offense: certificate of completion of anger management courses was presented; due to defendant’s compliance the court agreed that no further review is necessary.
