In the case of Roberto Hernandez Jr., charged with windshield or window violation: Deputy DA Shane Bell discussed with defendant off the record. Due to proof of insurance provided, count 2 of citation dismissed. Count 1 remain as-is and defendant has 30 days to pay in full.
In the case of Heather Nicole Hournbuckle, charged with domestic battery first offense: the court allowed the defendant another opportunity to complete community service, 48 hours due by June 1; defendant also needs to provide proof of counseling to the court.
In the case of Oscar David Galarza, charged with failure to notify police of accident involving unattended vehicle/property: defendant previously pleaded no contest and was fined $640 suspended on condition he keep up with current payment plan of $50 which will restart May 1.
In the case of Quincy Renee Warner, charged with battery: citation dismissed per DDA Shane Bell pursuant to deferred agreement.

In the case of William Tyler Smith, charged with 1. Grand larceny of motor vehicle, 2. Possession of a controlled substance: DA Kevin Pasquale moved for a one-time dismissal due to the witness being unavailable.
In the case of Shawn Anthony Rubens, charged with possession of a controlled substance not to be introduced into interstate commerce: defendant pleaded guilty and was fined $640 with $150 converted to jail time with credit for time served. The remaining $490 to be paid immediately.
In the case of William Tyler Smith, charged with driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked: DA Kevin Pasquale moved for one time dismissal due to witness being unavailable.

In the case of Christopher Micheal Gasper, charged with reckless driving-wanton disregard 1st: DDA Shane Bell discussed with defendant off the record via telephone and pursuant to negotiation the DA reduced the fine to $400 with the charge to remain as-is. Defendant has 30 days to pay in full.
In the case of Hannah Uritz, charged with 1. Tow car rear and stop lamps required, 2. Violate instructional driver’s permit: DDA Shane Bell discussed the matter with the defendant off the record. Due to the defendant’s compliance the DA dismissed the citation.

In the case of Santiago Azuermendi, charged with reckless driving: defendant pleaded no contest and was fined $1,140 with $150 converted to jail time and credit for time served; remaining $990 to be paid by cash bail forfeiture.
