Road Rage Incident Leads to Gunfire

On the night of Friday, February 3, 2023, Officers from the Winnemucca Police Department responded to a call for service in the area of North Highland Drive and East Winnemucca Boulevard for a report of shots fired.  On arrival, Officers learned that a road rage incident had occurred between two vehicles leaving a mine parking lot.  One of the vehicles had followed another from the parking lot and had discharged a firearm at least four times.  With the help of Deputies from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect was quickly located and arrested.  

Livingston Council Rouse was arrested for discharging a firearm from within a vehicle and prohibited person in possession of a firearm.  He is considered innocent until proven guilty.
