In the case of Kevin Barner, charged with barking dog first offense, pursuant to deferred prosecution agreement this citation was dismissed by deputy DA Shane Bell.
In the case of Cody Frank Potter, charged with hit and run property damage: defendant pleaded guilty and was fined $1,140 with $600 suspended for 6 months on condition of no new like violations. Remaining $540 to be paid by monthly payments of $50 beginning Feb. 24.
