Lowry’s David Walker was named to the Northern 3A first team and 3A all-state, honorable mention team at offensive lineman.
Lowry High School’s Roan Hornbarger, Anthony Guzman and David Walker were named to the Northern 3A all-league first team for their play during the football season.
Hornbarger was selected on the defensive line and collected second-team, all state honors as well. Guzman was one of three wide receivers on the all-league first team and he was chosen for the all-state honorable mention team.
Walker was selected for the offensive line and was an honorable mention choice for the all-state team as well.
The Buckaroos’ Luke Fentress was named to the Northern 3A second team at tight end.

Truckee’s Joseph Birnbaum was named the Northern 3A Player of the Year, as well as the 3A state Player of the Year.
Truckee’s Jace Estabrook and Fallon’s Roland Grodin shared the Northern 3A Offensive MVP and Truckee’s Maxx Ellermeyer was named the Defensive Player of the Year.
Spring Creek’s Cody Acord and Fallon’s Trevor Hyde were the Lineman of the Year, Elko’s Eli Finlayson and Fallon’s Baylor Sanberg were the Athletes of the Year.
Lowry’s Anthony Guzman was named to the Northern 3A first team and 3A all-state, honorable mention team at wide receiver.
Truckee’s Josh Ivens was named the Northern 3A and 3A state Coach of the year.
