In the case of Joseph Myers Jr., charged with, 1: Drive w/ Suspended, Revoked, or Cancelled Driver’s License During Revocation Period, 2: Owner – Proof of Insurance Required, 3: Operate Unregistered Vehicle, Trailer, or Semi Trailer. Defendant entered a No Contest plea to all 3 counts. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same and ruled as follows: Fined $1,290 with $150 converted to jail time and given credit for time served.
The remaining $1,140 is to be paid by monthly payments of $50 beginning October 2, 2023.
