On September 17, Jason O’Neal, 44, of Mesquite NV, was booked for prohibited acts violating sex offender registration first offense, intimidate public officer or others, with immediate threat or use of physical force 1st offense – simple assault, and a bench warrant.
On September 19, Joseph Tutson, 35, of Sparks NV, was booked for aid and abet residential burglary, aid and abet 2nd degree kidnapping, kidnapping, second degree with deadly weapon or tear gas in violation of a protection order weapon law violation, aid and abet abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child, coercion, and conspiracy to commit burglary.
