Persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On Sept. 8, Sadeler Sherbondy, 31, was arrested for possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended and fictitious plates, no insurance. Bail $7,250.
On Sept. 5, Brittany Lynn Jacobs, 32, was arrested for DUI and failure to yield right of way. Bail $1,335.
On Sept. 6, Hector Manuel Zamudio, 44, was arrested for domestic battery. Bail $3,000.
On Sept. 6, Josue Villalobos, 32, was arrested for DUI, basic speed 31-40 over the limit, failure to driving on right side of the roadway, operating a vehicle without a court-ordered breath interlock device and non-resident driving when privileges are revoked. Bail $2,735.
On Sept. 6, Tracy Allen Speker, 53, was arrested for 2 counts of domestic battery. Bail $6,000.
