The Battle Mountain High School girls golf team continues to show improvement, as scores improved at its latest tournament at Ruby View Golf Course in Elko on Wednesday, Sept. 14.
The Longhorns shot 536 as a team, with two golfers placing in the top six.
Jenna Chopp finished fourth with a round of 126, while teammate Lisette Haney was one stroke back at 127 to place sixth.
Kiana Gonzalez carded a 136 on the day and Vanessa Gillogley and Alyssa Laughon each shot 147. Aubrey LeVine finished with a 168.
Battle Mountain will be on its home course on Thursday for a 10 a.m. tee time.
