On Aug. 10, Katy Janelle Ross, 39, was arrested for obtain and use personal identifying information of another, possession of a debit/credit card without cardholder’s consent, possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. On Aug. 10, Jesse Michael Simpson, 39, was arrested for two counts of obtain or possess credit or debit card without cardholder’s consent, conspiracy to commit a crime, buy, possess, receive or withhold stolen property, and burglary of a motor vehicle. No bail specified.
