The court ruled: sentenced to 60 days jail, fined $500 + $140AA, $150 to be converted to jail time and given credit for time served, the remaining $490 is suspended for a period of one year, jail time is also suspended both on the condition of no new like violation. Bond exonerated.
For a different charge, possession of controlled substance, pursuant to negotiation the DA dismissed the charge against Travis Dean Crawford.

On Oct. 4, William Burnell Gwaltney provided proof of valid drivers license therefore the DA dismissed the criminal complaint of driving with suspended drivers license.
On Oct. 4, Paul Levasseur had charges of operate vehicle with expired registration or plates dismissed due to compliance.
On Oct. 6, Dwayne Martin Coble pleaded guilty to battery. The court ruled: fined $1,000 + $140AA converted to jail time and given credit for time served.
On Oct. 6, Nicole R. Diaz pleaded guilty to driving under the influence 1st offense. The court ruled: sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serve two days, credited for one day served and ordered to 48 hours house arrest. Fined $400 + $125AA + $60 forensic fee. Dui school and victim impact panel ordered to be completed and breath interlock device ordered for a period of 185 days. The additional charge of tail lamps was dismissed by the DA.
On Oct. 11, Jasiel Leyva Martinez pursuant to negotiations pleaded guilty to operating vehicle while license is cancelled/suspended/revoked. The court ruled: fined $1,055 + $140AA, $1,000 suspended for a period of one year on the condition of no new like violations. The DA dismissed the additional charges of open container and operating vehicle with expired or invalid registration.
On Oct. 11, Mateo Marcus Hernandez provided proper proof and documentation that he did have valid insurance at the time of the violation resulting in a dismissal by the DA.
On Oct. 11, Tamar Gonsalves pursuant to negotiations agreed to monthly payments for the charge for basic speed 1-10 over. The additional charge of no seat belt was dismissed.
On Oct. 11, Anoma Gail Fontes pursuant to negotiations agreed to pay the monthly payments for the fee associated with the amended charge of rural speed.
On Oct. 11, Bobby Garza changed his plea guilty for battery. Pursuant to negotiation the DA recommended: fined $1,000 + $140AA to be suspended for a period of six months on the condition there are no new like violations – the court accepted the recommendation.
On Oct. 11, Jessica Marie Johnson pursuant to negotiation agreed to pay the total amount of fine for overtake on left side or making left turn in prohibited zone. The DA dismissed the charge of basic speed 1-10 over posted limit.
On Oct. 12, Noelle Marie Cosgrove pursuant to negotiation pleaded no contest to petit larceny while the DA recommended all fines and fees be suspended for a period of one year on the condition of no new like violations. The court accepted the recommendations of the DA. There is no restitution ordered.

On Oct. 12, Nickoli Klemish agreed to pay the fine for basic speed 1-10 over immediately. Due to providing the DA proof of valid registration and insurance the charges of expiration and renewal of registration and no proof of insurance were dismissed.
On Oct. 12, the charge of battery against John Terry Unger was dismissed.
On Oct. 13, Ignacio Mendoza Bernal pleaded guilty to the amended criminal complaint of battery. The court ruled: fined $1,00 + $149AA a joint recommendation of the fines suspended for a period of six months on the condition of no new like violations was accepted by the court.
On Oct. 13, Samantha Jolene Ponce provided proof of completion of her treatment program, complying with the plea agreement. Per the agreement Ponce pleaded no contest to drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. The court ruled six months jail which was suspended for a period of one year.
On Oct. 13, Troy Aaron Winsell pursuant to negotiation pleaded guilty to the amended criminal complaint of driving without valid license. The court ruled: fined $100 + $95AA, the defendant agreed to cash bail forfeit to cover the amount owed.
