POST Graduates —

Nevada Law Enforcement Academy graduates, Kiefer Maestrejuan of the Winnemucca Police Department (left) and Erik Ramirez of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (right), received their officer certifications on Nov. 10 in Carson City, NV. The two spent 17 weeks studying state laws, criminal investigations, patrol procedures, firearms training, traffic control, defensive driving, self-defense and physical training, first aid and fieldwork skills that they will soon take to the streets. Congratulations to the officers.
