JJA out of Idaho won the 2022 Sandy McLinden Memorial Tournament held Oct. 29-30 at Spare Time Bowl.
The Winners Inn and Winnemucca Inn helped sponsor the tournament, as 36 teams nearly 110 bowlers participated, with 96 of them from out of town. Over $13,000 in prize money was awarded.
JJA won the top prize of $3,600 and team members include Jacob Dobkins, Jim Nunley and Andy Kinney.
Skittles and Tittles (Josh Groves, Jeff Cecil, Danny Pankowski) finished second and earned $2,700. KCT (Kyle Klein, Christian Salazar, Taylor Prather) placed third and won $1,950.
Mucca Fuggers (Allan Eichorn, Matt White, Ajay Walters) were fourth and won $1,500.
JAE (Eugene Aflague, Jeff Burkhart, Alex Suponch) placed fifth and Short and not Sweet (James Pinkney, Josh Adams, Cesar Rojas) were sixth.
Holiday Inn (Dylan Ferguson, Randy Betschart, Scott Shimming) placed seventh and Come Get Some (Will Wilkerson, Paul Coleman, Matt Putzer) finished in eighth.
The high team game went to JGK (Jason Jones, Gilbert Yup, Kevin Foley) with a 716 series.
Bruce Haylett had the high individual game at 299. The high average out of the money went to Kevin Foley at 237.17.
Nick Freigberg had the high individual points won/out of the money with 20.
Mucca Fuggers won the Saturday, Oct. 29, results, while Short and not Sweet and JJA, were second and third, respectively.
