Joe passed away unexpectedly November 2, 2022 at his home on Crooked River Ranch in Terrebonne, Oregon.
He was born March 29, 1953 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He lived in many places throughout his life and made many friends along the way.
Joe was a welder at Hunewill Construction for several years up until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife Lynn of Crooked River Ranch in Terrebonne, Oregon.
Daughter Rhonda Mullen (John) of Winnemucca, Nevada. Son Frank Sykes (Kristy) of Prineville, Oregon.
Grandsons Justin Orr of Winnemucca, Nevada. Braden Sykes (Chantal) of Bend, Oregon. Jeremiah Sykes (Alexandra) of Hubert, North Carolina. Great Grandchildren Adam, Lyle, Romina, Jackson, Willow and Olliver.
He will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
