Union Township Justice Court

Items in the Court Docket are compiled from public records contained in the Union Township Justice Court and the Sixth Judicial District Court. The Humboldt Sun reports all felony hearings, misdemeanor convictions and dismissals for which the court releases information. On Feb. 25, Wyatt Eagle Kelly pleaded guilty to trespassing. The court ruled as follows: fined a total of $585 with credit given for jail time served, and $470 in restitution to be paid. 

In an additional hearing, the charge against Wyatt Eagle Kelly for attempted invasion of the home was dismissed due to compliance on the associated case. 



On Feb. 25, Larry Linn Wilfong Jr., pleaded guilty to injury to or destruction of property. The court ruled as follows: defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 60 days suspended for a period of two years and $120 in restitution to be paid. 



On Feb. 25, the court found insufficient evidence to believe that Ty Victor Albisu committed the crime of aiming a firearm at human being therefore the case was dismissed. 



On Feb. 30, the charges against Cameron Lee Carrica of driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended and vehicle equipped with two head lamps were dismissed due to compliance. 



On March 2, Jamie Freeman pleaded guilty to petit larceny. The court ruled as follows: fine $1,000 + $140AA. Defendant was given credit for jail time served. There is no restitution owed. 



On March 2, Briceida Lopez pleaded guilty to battery. The court ruled as follows: fined $1,000 + $140AA. 



On March 2, Jacob Bauer pleaded guilty to petit larceny. The court ruled as follows: fined $1,000 + $140AA. Defendant was given credit for time served. There is no restitution owed. 



On March 2, the charge against Beverly Lacrone of basic speed too fast for conditions was amended to a rural speed with fine amount to remain the same. 



On March 8, due to compliance off the record the charge of fail to carry tag while hunting against Chelsea Herrera was dismissed.
