Born and raised in Russel Springs, Kansas. Irene lived in Colorado where she owned two different trucking companies, worked at Montfort corporations and insurance she moved to Battle Mountain in 1995 where she worked at the Battle Mountain clinic until retirement. She had two children Dale Crigger and Arlene Ohrt with her first husband. A second son David Mackley with her second husband Glen Mackley. Later in life she married Dale Bergsrud who had five children Keith Bergsrud, Cindi Hammons, Mary Holiday, Faith Bergsrud all of Colorado and Amy Bergsrud of Battle Mountain. Irene liked camping fishing ATV rides and watching grandchildren Irene is proceeded in death by husband’s Glenn, Dale , daughter Arlene and stepson Keith. She is survived by sons Dale and David stepdaughters Cindy, Mary, Faith, Amy and many grandchildren.
