The Little League all-star baseball tournaments continue, as the 10-12-year-old all-stars travel to Yerington for the District 3 tournament to be played at Buck Aiazzi Field.
The action begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, as Winnemucca takes on White Pine. Ruby Mountain (Spring Creek) and Silverada (Dayton play at 10:30 a.m.
The winner of those two games play Saturday at 5:30 p.m. The losers will face off at 8 a.m. on Saturday.
In the bottom half of the bracket, High Desert (Fernley) takes on Walker River (Yerington) at 5:30 p.m., on Friday.
Battle Mountain and Hawthorne close out the busy day at 8 p.m.
Those winners play at 8 p.m. on Saturday, while the losers play at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
There will be two loser bracket games on Sunday at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Another consolation game will start at 8 a.m. on Monday, while the winner’s bracket match-up will begin at 10:30 a.m.
The championship is set for 9 a.m. on Wednesday and if needed a second title game will follow.
