The calendar may say June, but Jerry Tobin Field has been busy with spring practice for the Lowry High School football team over the past week. High school football teams are a allowed a week of practice before the end of the school year. The 2022 season is just around the corner with official practices beginning the first week of August. As of press time, Lowry is scheduled to host Fernley on Aug. 19 in a non-league game and host Battle Mountain on Aug. 26.
