Margaret (Marge) Lee, age 74, of Winnemucca, passed away peacefully in the hospital in Reno on May 31, 2022.
She died from complications of cancer. Marge was born April 8, 1948 in Canada. A memorial service will be held in Winnemucca for family and friends at a future date to be announced.
Marge formerly lived in Cardston Canada and, as her father was a forest ranger, she lived in Glacier National Park and many other national parks in Canada.
Marge worked hard all her life at a number of different jobs. She loved to read and did art projects of many varieties, including making beautiful dream catchers.
Marge was preceded in death by her father and her younger brother. She is survived by her mother, Effie Christiansen, her daughter, Andrea Lee, her granddaughter Cierra Farr, and her best friend Jody Plummer.
Marge had a personality as large as her height of six feet two inches.
She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
