The Winnemucca junior golf season kicked off on Wednesday, July 13, with the Emelie Dillon scramble, as members of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club joined the youngsters.
The group of Marlea Pointer, Casen Balaam, Txendoa Cabatbat and Kea Cabatbat won with a score of 34.
Carole Doughty, Maddux Nichols, Conner Neal, Amelia Plummer and Brandon White were second at 35.
Lori Woodland, Rosalee Heiser, Bryelle Weber, Hadlee Corbitt and Landry Corbitt shot 37 to place third.
Melissa Murphy, Kira Wiley, Isabel Upton and Kytin Wiley (39) were fourth and Katie Cassinelli, Kiana Cipra, Tate Rost, Pippa Quilici, and Addie Enochson (40) rounded out the top five.
Gail Piquet, Eric Marcinek, Sebastian Roman and Owen Korinek were sixth with a round of 41.
Vicki Celio, Jayden Robertson, Dusty Vigil, Isaac Bryant and Heath Nelson (42) and Lori Warnert, Aubri Warnert, Laci Fentress and Liam Kohler (47) rounded out the scores.
