On June 2, HCSO booked Luis Manuel Flores, 35, for open or gross lewdness and resist public officer. Bail $3,640.
On June 22, WPD booked Gustavo Munoz Jr., 23, for DUI – second offense, open container in vehicle and basic speed 1-10mph. Bail $1,722.
On June 23, WPD booked juvenile for being incorrigible. Bail not available.
On June 25, HCSO booked Miranda Springer, 23, for domestic battery and resist public officer. Bail $3,500.
On June 25, WPD booked Trajan Hurd, 23, for battery resulting in substantial bodily harm. Bail $10,000.
On June 26, WPD booked Cody Hume, 27, for attempt larceny for person and resist public officer. Bail $11,140.
On June 28, HCSO booked Cody Frank Potter, 23, for possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine. Bail $5,000.
On June 30, HCSO booked Joshua Heckman, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, license revoked, and expired/no insurance. Bail $6,930.
On July 1, HCSO booked Enrique Venegas Jr., 33, for two counts of failure to appear. Bail $10,000.
On July 3, HCSO booked Troy Aaron Winsell, 41, for failure to appear. Bail $510 cash only.
On July 3, HCSO booked Tory Aaron Winsell, 41, for driving revoked. Bail $355.
On July 4, HCSO booked Abran Nunoz, 34, for stalking, first offense. Bail $640.

Union Township Justice Court
On June 29, due to compliance count 1 against Antonia E. Roman for tinting of windshield or windows of vehicle was dismissed and the citation for basic speed 1-10 mph over remained the same.
On June 29, pursuant to negotiation the charge against Mark Vernon Campbell for basic speed11-20 over limit was amended to violation of speed limit in rural area (NRS 484B.617) with the fine amount to remain the same.
On June 30, the case against Victor Manuel Millian for failure to appear after admission was dismissed pursuant to negotiation and the associated case will be waived up to district court. In a separate case for possession of drug paraphernalia, pursuant to negotiation the case was dismissed, and the associated case will be waived up to district court.
On June 30, pursuant to negotiation the D.A. amended the fines and fees to $115 for basic speed 1-10 over for Julia Mae Terry.
On June 30, pursuant to negotiation Wendell Russell pleaded guilty to driving under the influence 1st offense. The court ruled: sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve two days, credited for two days, fined $400 + $125 AA + $60 Forensic fee. Ordered to complete DUI school and victim impact panel. Pursuant to negotiation the court dismissed the charges of driving on highway having multiple lanes and open container. Bail exonerated.
On June 30, pursuant to negotiation the charge against Matthew S. Hanks of basic speed 1-10 over was amended to stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specified places (nrs 484b.450) with fine amount to remain the same.
