Sharon Malone, 81, of Battle Mountain, NV passed away peacefully in her home Jan. 11, 2022. Sharon was born in Paul, Idaho to Frank and Viola Rawson.
After completing nursing school Sharon worked as a nurse in Salt Lake City and Idaho, and eventually settled in Battle Mountain where she became the school nurse for Lander County School District.
She remained there for 27 years and finally retiring in 2007.
She loved fishing and reading. She is survived by her brother Noel Rawson, sister Carol Rawson, two sons David and Scott, grandchildren Haley, Michael, and Morgan and great grandchild Hedrick.
A celebration of life will be held at the Battle Mountain Civic Center on Jan, 29, at 1pm.
